If you’re a fan of the Rick and Morty series, you’re going to fall in love with High on Life. This FPS, packed with absurd humor, was created by the voice of both Morty Smith and Rick Sanchez, Justin Roiland. Although the video game and the show aren’t officially connected, they share a similar tone and sense of humor.
High on Life
The game combines shooter with elements from other genres, including metroidvania and action-adventure. Your journey begins when an alien cartel invades Earth to use humankind as a drug. You have to travel to the farthest corners of the galaxy to find and eliminate the cartel’s bosses. You’ll visit diverse locations, including jungles, cities, and asteroids. Moreover, you’ll meet a plethora of wacky characters on your adventure.
Let the gun do the talking
The stakes are high because if you fail, the fate of the human race is sealed. And there are hordes of deadly enemies standing between you and your righteous goal. Fortunately, you’re not alone on this dangerous mission. However, your company is rather particular as the protagonist wields a range of talking guns called Gatlians. Each of them has unique abilities that will not only help you defeat enemies but also solve puzzles and unlock new areas.
